Delivery Information – Pet and Haus

Some delivery options may be unavailable for certain areas or specific products.

Please note that large format tiles weighing less than 25kg may not be safely shipped via some delivery services.

Sample Orders:

  • Sample orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier service.

  • Only 1 sample per product per customer/household is eligible for free delivery.

  • Multiple sample orders using different names or addresses (e.g., neighbours or friends) to gain additional free deliveries are not permitted. Such orders will be cancelled and refunded.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply if other products are ordered alongside samples.

  • In certain areas, free sample delivery may be limited to a maximum total weight of 2kg. Orders exceeding this may incur extra charges.

Orders Up to 25kg:

  • Orders weighing up to 25kg are carefully packed and shipped via a courier service.

  • A delivery date must be selected at checkout for all non-sample orders.

Orders Over 25kg or Large Format Tiles:

  • Orders over 25kg may be shipped using a boxed courier service and/or securely packed onto pallets.

  • Delivery and offloading are handled using a pallet truck.

  • Please ensure you have made prior arrangements for the placement and storage of your order.

  • A delivery date must be selected at checkout (excluding sample orders).

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery – 4 Working Days

  • Express Delivery – 3 Working Days

  • Priority Delivery – 2 Working Days

Short Terms & Conditions:

  • Delivery operates Monday to Friday only – weekends are excluded.

  • To be eligible for certain services, orders must be placed before 1 PM.

  • Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following working day.

  • Some postcodes may be subject to additional delivery charges.
